The Process

Your home should represent YOU & your Family! 

At The Best is yet to come Designs, I firmly believe that with an efficient step by step process in place, we can save you time, money, and a whole lot of sanity. Through the years, I’ve built my company around this belief, and our methods have proven successful for hundreds of trusting clients. We are not only known for that process of professionalism, but we’re also known for creating designs that cater to our client’s desire for stylish, yet livable luxury

This is a 4-step process! but don’t worry - From the beginning to the end, whether a new home build or a re-design or your whole home or just a room makeover, we are with you every step of the way!

Step 1: Preliminary Meeting - We start with a simple 30-45 minute preliminary meeting at our office or call/virtual.... no cost, no commitment! Let's just chat about your project and determine if we are a good fit for one another!

Step 2: Consultation Meeting - If we determine we are in fact a good fit, we will meet at your home or the project site for a consultation. This is where we will take some Photos. We will gather some information from you & ask some questions & just chat about any ideas or wish list you have that you would like implemented in the design. If you decide you would like to hire us for your project - we will quote you a flat fee for our design time, ensuring you're fully aware of costs before making any kind of commitment.

Step 3: Presentation Meeting - or what I like to call the "Getting to know YOU" Appointment. We will meet again about two weeks after the Consultation to go over some of the suggested ideas based on what we discussed at the consultation.  This appointment is one of the most important appointments. Why? This will determine if we got the understanding of what we learned from you at the Consultation appointment and that will work as a starting point for your project. The biggest part of design is learning our clients & narrowing down what YOU like & want for the space. This appointment cuts out a lot of the back & forth & eliminates some of the guessing! You will look over some ideas on vision boards & items suggested for the space. The Presentation appointment is a one-time flat rate appointment to be paid prior to the meeting.

If you decide you would like to hire us for your project- we will quote you a flat fee for our design time, ensuring you're fully aware of costs before making any kind of commitment.

Step 4:  The Design Process- We get started! We follow a detailed step-by-step process outlining everything, including the project timeline & exploring your wish list, inspirations and goals to tailor the designs to ensure that everything goes smoothly & amazing for install day aka Happy Tears day! (It happens all the time)
